Kirkland Tax Solution DBA “KTS Financial” is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes only your email, which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site.
Information collected via Technology
To activate the Service you do not need to submit any Personal Information other than your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you do not need to submit further Personal Information. However, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail. You can also indicate that you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us via any automated email that is sent out. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate by either unsubscribing or opting out in the Settings section of the Site, we may continue to send you administrative emails including, for example, periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.

VII. REFUND POLICY
By purchasing any product or service from KTS Financial, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy:
Digital Products
All sales of digital products listed on this site are final. Due to the nature of digital products, which are made available for immediate download upon purchase, KTS Financial does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the product description and understand the terms of the transaction. Non-receipt of a product due to customer error, such as providing an incorrect email address, does not constitute grounds for a refund.
In the event of a dispute, this policy will be presented to the payment processing company as evidence of our clearly communicated and legally binding terms, demonstrating compliance with industry standards for digital products and services.
Credit Education and Document Processing Services
All credit education and document processing services offered by KTS Financial are provided with the understanding that outcomes cannot be guaranteed. While we make every effort to assist you in disputing inaccurate, erroneous, or obsolete information on your credit report, the final results depend on the responses and actions of third parties, such as credit reporting agencies and creditors. As such, KTS Financial does not and cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from these services.
By purchasing credit education or document processing services, you agree to pay all fees as outlined in your signed Client Agreement, Credit Service Agreement, and Authorization for Credit Repair Action. You acknowledge that all fees paid are for the services rendered, including document preparation, correspondence with credit reporting agencies, credit education, and monitoring. No refunds will be issued once these services have been initiated, regardless of the outcome of your credit disputes.
This policy complies with federal and state regulations governing credit education organizations, ensuring transparency and protecting both parties in the service agreement. If a dispute arises regarding payment for services, this policy will be provided to the payment processor as evidence of our stated and legally binding terms.

Cancellation of Credit Education Services
Clients have the right to cancel their credit education service agreement within three (3) business days from the date of signing the contract. To cancel, clients must submit a written notice of cancellation as outlined in their Credit Service Agreement. The written notice must be sent via the method specified in the agreement, such as email, certified mail, or another documented delivery method, to ensure proper receipt.
No fees will be charged for services if cancellation occurs within this three-day period. However, after the cancellation window has passed, all fees outlined in the agreement will apply, and no refunds will be issued once services have been initiated.
This policy complies with the Consumer Credit Protection Act and related regulations, ensuring clients have an opportunity to review and reconsider their decision without financial obligation during the designated period. For further assistance, please contact us.
Classes and Training Sessions
KTS Financial offers both pre-recorded classes available for immediate download and 1:1 training sessions.
Pre-Recorded Classes: These classes are delivered as digital products and are available for immediate download upon purchase. As such, they fall under the "Digital Products" refund policy outlined above and are non-refundable.
1:1 Training Sessions: These sessions are non-refundable once purchased. Clients are permitted unlimited reschedules.
All classes, whether pre-recorded or 1:1, are non-refundable under any circumstances. By purchasing a class or session, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.
Business Credit Services
All business credit services provided by KTS Financial, including business credit education and document preparation, are non-refundable after the first business day of purchase. A client agreement outlining the terms of service will be provided immediately following your purchase.
You may request a refund within one business day of purchase. If you cancel within this period, a processing fee of $50.00 or 15% of the total charge (whichever is lesser) will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded. After one business day, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the services have been completed or not.
No refunds will be provided for delays caused by third-party factors, such as credit bureaus, financial institutions, or government agencies. No refunds will be issued for changes to the services requested after processing has begun or if additional information is required from the client to complete the service.
KTS Financial does not guarantee any specific outcome, such as grant approval, but guarantees completion of the application process. Delays or decisions outside of our control, including those from grant providers or government agencies, will not result in a refund.
VIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT TERMS
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and digital downloads (collectively referred to as "Content"), is the exclusive property of Kirkland Tax Solution DBA "KTS Financial" and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. KTS Financial provides credit education and document preparation services to assist clients in managing their credit profiles. These services include evaluating your current credit reports from applicable credit reporting agencies, identifying inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information, and guiding you through the process of disputing such information. We will assess your credit reports to help identify items that may be inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete. You will select the items you wish to dispute, and we will advise you on the necessary steps to address these issues. All necessary correspondence to dispute inaccurate or obsolete information will be prepared on your behalf. As a client, you are responsible for forwarding any correspondence received from credit reporting agencies promptly and reviewing and approving all actions prior to their execution. Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services may be conducted through personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or other communication methods during normal business hours.
While we strive to deliver accurate information and clearly explain your options, we do not provide legal advice. For legal matters or guidance on how the law applies to your individual circumstances, you should consult an attorney.
